Rebecca Hobson is a freelance journalist, copywriter and maker based in Bristol. She recently returned to the UK after living in India for 20 months.

She writes and photographs for Vice, BBC, The Times and others, and produces content for the likes of School for Social Entrepreneurs, Airbnb, HSBC and NatWest.

Rebecca is especially passionate about social enterprise, sustainable business and helping young people into employment - as evidenced by her work with organisations like School for Social Entrepreneurs and Start Profile (formerly Plotr).

When not writing Rebecca dabbles in events. She compered and co-produced Magnetic Words, a storytelling stage for the Magnetic Fields Festival in Rajasthan, and has hosted several events, including the London Loves Excellence Awards judged by Hilary Devey, Baroness Michelle Mone and James Timpson.

In April 2017 Rebecca launched Shakti+Mary, a clothing and homeware brand with a conscience, featured in The Pool and Huf Magazine.

Rebecca is available for new commissions and opportunities. Please contact her at:
